ATNS and GANS to partner on air traffic management delivery

GANS and ATNS sign strategic collaboration agreement

Air Traffic and Navigation Services SOC Limited and Global Air Navigation Services are to collaborate on how to attract and retain air traffic control staff.

The partnership agreement was signed at this year's Aviation Africa Summit & Exhibition in Sandton, South Africa.

Air Traffic and Navigation Services SOC Limited (ATNS) provides air traffic, navigation, training  and associated services within South Africa and a large part of the Southern Indian and Atlantic  Ocean, comprising approximately 6% of the world’s airspace.

Abu Dhabi-based Global Air Navigation Services (GANS) is a provider of air navigation services.

As well as talent attraction and retention the collaboration between ATNS and GANS covers training, technology and innovation, lesson learning and collaboration on commercial opportunities.
