
Naxicap, the parent company of KVM provider Guntermann & Drunck, has bought video-wall company VuWall, further establishing its presence in the supply of control room technologies.
Private equity firm Naxicap is building a portfolio of control room technology companies. It acquired Guntermann & Drunck (G&D) in 2020 and video management solutions firm Tritec Electronic in 2022.
Thorsten Lipp, CEO of G&D, will also serve as CEO of VuWall, driving the strategic direction of both companies. Meanwhile, Paul Vander Plaetse, founder and former CEO of VuWall, will assume the role of chief marketing officer for G&D and VuWall, leading the group’s global marketing strategy.
