Intersoft Electronics has acquired aerospace technology company IBS Luftfahrt und Services.
This strategic move underlines Intersoft’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) region as a supplier of electronic solutions.
The acquisition will enable Intersoft Electronics to leverage IBS Luftfahrt und Services’ expertise and market presence in the aerospace sector in the DACH market, particularly through closer collaboration with Intersoft Services D-A-CH.
Intersoft said it anticipates a seamless integration process for IBS and looks forward to capitalizing on shared synergies and opportunities for growth.
