CANSO's Airspace World 2025 is the leading global event for professionals shaping the future of airspace. From crewed to uncrewed aviation, Airspace World brings together the brightest minds, technical innovations, and influential decision-makers to tackle the most significant challenges and opportunities in creating a safe, fair, and interoperable airspace.

More than 6,000 attendees are expected this year, including 2,000 from ANSPs, with 200 companies exhibiting from 145 countries.

  • Airspace World 2025 attendees are senior executives, policymakers, ANSPs, technologists, strategists, and innovators. From aviation visionaries to thought leaders driving sustainability and technology, there is an opportunity to connect with those at the forefront of the ATC sector
  • This year, Airspace World has five theatres, each running a packed agenda of debate and discussion across the three days. With more than 200 speakers from around the world and across every aspect of our industry, the theatres have eight key themes, such as innovation, sustainability, Advanced Air Mobility, connectivity and cybersecurity, drones, and higher airspace operations
  • Inspiring the next generation: Through the Future Skies and Tomorrow Voices initiatives, we spotlight the rising talent and groundbreaking ideas shaping the future of global airspace. Engage with young innovators and learn from their fresh perspectives on the challenges and opportunities ahead.
  • A glittering start. At the Airspace World Opening Reception. Held in the ancient and beautiful Convento Do Beato in Lisbon’s historic core. Tickets cost just €199 and can be purchased when registering.
  • Take a tour. Get an exclusive inside look at the Single European Sky ATM Research (SESAR) programme and its groundbreaking contributions to modernising airspace management.
  • Celebrate success at the Air Traffic Management (ATM) Awards. The awards celebrate pioneering concepts and significant achievements within the ATM and Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) industries. The awards will be presented in the SANS/NERA theatre on Tuesday, 13 May 16:00, followed by a drinks reception.
