
Stratify Aerospace has acquired ATM company Metron Aviation.
Metron, which works in air traffic and flow management Bolsters Stratify’s portfolio of ATM solutions and services. Stratify said that Metron's expertise will enable it to provide more extensive and sophisticated solutions to ANSPs, airlines, and airports.

Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Stratify, Metron Aviation will begin integration efforts immediately. Both companies are set to deploy a transition strategy aimed at ensuring a smooth transfer for customers and employees.
